Obituary of Donald Ross

At McCormick House Long Term Care in London, on Tuesday, February 7^th, 2023, Don Ross of Whitechurch passed away in his 100^th year.

Beloved husband of the late Jean (Gaunt) Ross who predeceased him in 2019. Loving dad of Doug & Mary, Bob & Lois, Dave & Kim and Brian & Laura. Cherished grandpa of eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and one due to arrive this year. Dear brother-in-law of Harley & Wendy Gaunt, Evelyn Gaunt, Sharon Gaunt and Lorraine Ross-Childs. Don will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Predeceased by his parents Robert & Jean (Mirehouse) Ross, brothers George, Ken and Russell Ross, granddaughter Dawn Marie, grandson James and brothers-in-law George and Jim Gaunt.

A Legion memorial service will be held at McBurney Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 15^th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. followed by visitation until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Reception will follow at the Wingham United Church.

Interment will take place in the spring at South Kinloss Cemetery, Lucknow.
