Obituary of Donald Dow

At Huronlea Brussels, on September 09, 2017, Mr. Don Dow of R.R.#3, Wingham, age 84 years. Beloved husband of the former Gloria Stobo who predeceased him in 2010. Cherished father of Stephen & Lara Dow of Embro, Cathy Goetz & Brian White of R.R.#5, Brussels, Maryon & Brad English of Beeton and Dawn & Jamie Kewell of St.Catherines. Cherished grandfather of Grace, Connor, Curtis, Kane, Brooke, Erica, Cameron, Tyler, Jayden and Kaleb. Brother of Ada & Ross Taylor and Ivan & Elly Dow. Brother-in-law of Lloye Wathke, Donna Stobo and Liz Stobo. Predeceased by his parents Wellington & Eccles (Beecroft) Dow, brothers Victor and Nelson, sister Eva Snell and her husband Jasper, brothers-in-law Stewart Wathke, Donald and David Stobo and sister-in-law Colleen Robertson and her husband Bill.

Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd., Wingham, Ontario on Tuesday, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00pm. Funeral service will be held at Wingham United Church on Wednesday at 1:00 pm.  Pastor Brian Hymers officiating.
Interment will take place in Wingham Cemetery.
