Obituary of Leland Ellsworth Vance

At Wingham & District Hospital, on Tuesday, December 12, 2006, Mr. Lee Vance of Wingham, age 87 years. Beloved husband of the former Thora Libby. Dear brother to Laurean and Delbert Kiemele of Lethbridge, AB, and Lyle and Eva Vance of Prince George, BC. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Alvin and Violet (Bishop) Vance his brother and sister-in-law Lawrence and Janet Vance. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Thursday, 7:00-9:00 pm. and Friday 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at Wingham United Church on Saturday at 2:00 pm. Reverend Wayne B. Beamer officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to Wingham and District Hospital Foundation Wingham United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Lions Club Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 9:00 pm.
