Obituary of Elda May Norman

At Braemar Retirement Centre on Monday, February 26, 2007, Mrs. Elda Norman of Wingham, age 86 years. The former Elda Ballagh, beloved wife of the late John Norman who predeceased her in 2002. Dear mother of Evelyn and Leslie Caldwell of R.R.#3, Blyth, Mary Lewis of London and one son James Norman. Mother-in-law of Shirley Norman of Wingham. Sister of Wallace and Ruth Ballagh of Teeswater and Dora Alton of Lucknow. Sister-in-law of Bernice Higgins of Wingham and Jean Press of Belmore. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her sons Wallace (2001) and Bruce (1996). Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Wednesday from 1:00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm. Reverend Bernard Skelding officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to Wingham and District Hospital, Alzheimer Society or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
