At Wingham & District Hospital, on Thursday, March 01, 2007, Mr. Gerhard During of Wingham, age 80 years. Beloved husband of the former Erika Henkel. Dear father of Anita and Kurt Heuchert of Waterloo, Siglinda and Gary Ryan of Burlington, Dr. Erika During and Ulrich Hanz of London and Evelyn and George Hones of Hawkestone. Grandfather of Carmen and Dan Ferguson and their daughter Madeline, Marlon and Melanie Heuchert, Mathew and Valerie Ryan, Patrick Ryan, Brian Hones and Nicholas Hones. Predeceased by his parents Richard and Klara (Paul) During and by one sister and one brother. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm with the funeral service to follow. Reverend Wayne Beamer officiating. Memorial donations to Wingham and District Hospital Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
