At Wingham & District Hospital, on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, Mrs. Fern Matheson of R.R. # 1, Atwood, age 68 years. The former Fern Brown beloved wife of the late Raymond Matheson who predeceased her in 2005. Dear mother of Garry Matheson of R.R. # 1, Atwood, Karen Matheson of Wingham and Charlene and Bob McKertcher of Gowanstown. Sister of Audrey and Howard Ellacott of Listowel, Bernice and Gerry Edwards of Turnberry Estates, Isabel Armstrong of Brussels and Margaret and Glen Casemore of R.R. # 4, Wingham. Loving grandmother of Shawn, Sarah, Ashley, David, Stephanie, Kristy, Nathaniel, Mark, Michelle, Dana, Mark, Jason and Lisa. Great-grandmother of Ayden, Shaye, Jace and Rielly. Predeceased by her parents George and Laura (Dewar) Brown, three sisters and two brothers. Funeral arrangements are private. Final resting place, Elma Centre Cemetery. No flowers please.
