Obituary of Jean Marie Hughes

At her residence on Thursday, July 09, 2009, Mrs. Jean Hughes of Braemar Retirement Centre, Wingham and formerly of London, age 90 years. The former Jean Faulds beloved wife of the late Reginald Hughes who predeceased her in 1990. Dear mother of Bev and Ron Smith of Culross Township. Loving grandmother of David Smith of Fergus, Ian and Jen Smith of Lucknow and Matt Smith and fiancé Lindsay of Listowel. Great-grandmother of Carter and Koen Smith. Predeceased by her parents Bruce and Della (McLachlan) Faulds, two sisters, Lois and Norma and two brothers Kenneth and Albert. Memorial visitation will be held at the McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Thursday from 6:30-8:30 pm. Cremation has taken place, final resting place, Woodland Cemetery, London, Ontario. Memorial donations to Alzheimer Society of Ontario or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
