Obituary of Maria deVos

At Wingham & District Hospital,on Thursday, July 30, 2009, Mrs. Marie deVos of Turnberry Township age 80 years. The former Marie vanDriel beloved wife of the late Bill deVos who predeceased her in 2001. Dear mother of Aart and Greta deVos of Turnberry Township, Donna deVos and Jan in British Columbia, Bill and Cindy deVos of Turnberry Township and Murray and Gerda deVos of Ancaster. Also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Marinus and Maria (deKoeijer) vanDriel, sister Ebrina Scheele and Janna Murre and brothers Ferdinandus and Karl vanDriel. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Saturday, 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Sunday at 1:30 pm. Reverend Wayne Beamer officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
