Obituary of Marjorie Enid Devine

At Turnberry Estates, R.R. # 3, Wingham, on Friday, April 10, 2009, Enid Devine of Waterloo, formerly of London age 70 years. The former Enid Pomeroy, beloved wife of the late Peter Devine who predeceased her in 2006. Loved, missed and thought of daily by her son Peter Devine and friend Mary Reinhart of Waterloo. Loving grandmother of Desiree Devine and fiancé Brian Percival, Abbey and Christian Devine. Dear Sister of Doreen Munn of London, John and Kelly Holcak of Cambridge. A special place will be kept in the hearts of Kim Devine, Charlene and Rebecca. Sister-in-law of Carol Pomeroy, Bob and Jan Devine and Cecil Devine all of London. Lovingly remembered by her chosen mom Jean McKay and daughter Gale McKay of Turnberry Estates, her many nieces and nephews especially Erica Kessler and Krista Hindman of Las Vegas, Nevada and Shelly Pomeroy-Siviero of St. Thomas. Predeceased by her parents Bert and Arline (Baker) Pomeroy and her brothers Gordon Pomeroy and William Holcak and brother-in-law Wayne Devine. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Monday, 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 2:00 pm. Reverend Perry Chuipka officiating. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London, Ontario at 11:00 am. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
