Obituary of Douglas James Daniel Gibson

At Wingham & District Hospital, on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, Mr. Douglas Gibson of Wingham, age 73 years. Beloved husband of the late Faye (Smith) Gibson (2007). Dear father of Kimberley Gibson-Chalmers and her husband Mike Chalmers of Caledonia and Kevin Gibson and his wife Donna Kaufman of Chatsworth. Loving grandfather of Colin, Drew, Griffin, Grant, Cory and Laura. Brother of Barry and Verna Gibson of Chatham. Predeceased by his parents Percy and Velma (Kerr) Gibson. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Thursday, 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm. Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to Wingham and District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
