At Wingham & District Hospital, on Monday, September 23, 2013, Mrs. Bonnie Shiell of Wingham, age 79 years. The former Bonnie Zimmerman, beloved wife of Jack Shiell for 59 years. Dear mother of Jane Shiell of St.Thomas, Virgin Islands, Doug and Sherry Shiell of R.R.# 5, Wingham, Don and Connie Shiell of R.R.# 3, Wingham, and Brian Shiell of Shippensburg, PA. Cherished grandmother of Teresa Taylor, J.D., Matt, Ryan, Chris, Andrea and Lindsay Shiell. Sister of Betty and Jean Andari of Windsor, Bill and Karen Zimmerman of Stratford. Sister-in-law of Doris and Jack Stephens of London, Marilyn Shiell of London, Murray and Barb Shiell of Belgrave. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Velma Jacques, Audrene Galloway, brother Harry Zimmerman and brothers-in-law Addie Jacques, Harry Templeman and Wes Galloway, and sister-in-law Georgina Zimmerman. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Wednesday, 7:00 - 9:00 pm and Thursday from 1:00 pm until the time of the service at 2:00 pm. Reverend Tom Murray officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario. Memorial donations to Wingham and District Hospital or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
