Although I never knew Mike personally i do know many of the men that served with him during the Vietnam war. As a fellow Canadian id like to say thank you for your service Mr Crimmings AKA "The Troll" - During Mikes time in Vietnam he would be part of the Secret war during the Vietnam conflict. Why secret? On paper the men of MACV SOG were never in countries such as Cambodia, Laos and even North Vietnam. All the men of SOG signed a NDA meaning they could not speak of what they had done during the war until the early 90s. Mike would serve with several teams at CCS (Command and Control South) one such team was Recon TEAM pick. As fate would have it Mike would serve with fellow Canadian RJ Graham. Their adventures would be written in fellow SOG man book SOG by John Plaster. They, RJ and Mike would be classed as the crazy Canadians. Both RJ and Mike survived the war and remained friends. Both of these men have left us now. Rest easy Mr Crimmings AKA "The Troll" - Jason B Collins author of Pucker Factor stories of MACV SOG
