I was so saddened to hear of Jamie’s passing. Jamie touched so many lives with his quick wit and amazing sense of humour.
I so enjoyed our morning chats walking by and Jamie always made my day with a quip and a big smile and laughing at his own joke.

Jamie is a bit camera shy but i managed to catch him in thee act. God used Jamie to help me a lot, with his unique wisdom, understanding and insight into certain issues. He is one of the best friends i have ever had, a pleasure and honour it has been.
When i called him up a week ago friday, to see if i could come to visit him, he thanked me and that stuck me, as it was an odd statement for him to make, and at that time i sensed that his thank-you, had a deeper meaning. i sensed that he knew his time was near. He was some what resistant towards Christ, but i hope to God that Jamie received Him before all was said and done.
My heart goes out to all the family and friends of Jamie, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
God bless you all and may you find comfort in Christ, the One true Hope!

Jamie spent a great deal of time observing others, and knowing when they needed someone to lend a helping hand, provide a meal, find some warm winter gear, or just an ear to listen. He devoted much of his time helping others, and countless hours making sure the food share ran week to week. My deepest condolences to his entire family which he often spoke about often. I will miss his kind heart, funny words, and interesting perspectives on life around us.

John & I were so sorry to hear of Jamie's passing. I always enjoyed working with him at the Foodshare and also running into him around town. Jamie always made volunteering fun with lots of stories and laughs. I brought baking in on Monday's to the Foodshare for everyone to enjoy and let me tell you when I forgot or didn't have time to make anything Jamie brought it to my attention.
