Obituary of Carole McInnis

At her home on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, Carole (Dewbury) McInnis of Wingham, passed away suddenly at the age of 76.

Loving mom of Cheri & Phil Foxton, Shawn & Kim McInnis, Jan McInnis and Wade & Angie McInnis. Cherished grandma of Melinda & Damian, Amanda & Curtis, Austin, Kyle & Dani, Ryan & Tiffany, and Matthew and great-grandma of Morgan, Wyatt, Jackson, Elizabeth, Hunter, Maggie, Hannah, Phoebe, Junia, Zoey, Delilah, Jaelyn and Mason. Beloved sister of Edythe & John Ferguson, step-sister of Judy & Gary Moore and sister-in-law of Mike Reeve. Carole will be lovingly remembered by Norman McInnis and by her nieces, nephews and friends.

Predeceased by her parents Betty Smith and Roy & Dorothy Dewbury, brother William Vance Dewbury and step-sister Laurie Reeve.

Private arrangements have been entrusted to McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham. A celebration of Carole’s life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Salvation Army in Wingham be appreciated.
