I was saddened to hear about the passing of John. I got to know him well during my career in Wingham. He created so many fond memories for me, and was always a bright moment in my day. For years I had a toy Camaro on my desk, which he always asked about. I told him it was my dream to own one some day, and he'd always check in to ask if I'd achieved my dream yet, and give me tips on how to get there (which often consisted of just trying my luck on a lottery ticket!) He'd tell me stories about the trailer, what he'd been watching on tv, or even just chat about dinner plans. He'd always find some reason to call or drop in for a visit (often multiple times in a day), but we all knew he just wanted to chat! He was a kind, caring, and thoughtful man with a huge heart. He will be greatly missed. Thinking of all of you during this time.
