We are so sorry to hear of the passing of dear Gordon. I remember his grocery store on the main street of Wroxeter. Dad would buy all the groceries there! Leone and Gord were such a important part of our church life. The choir was so incredible....we sang like professionals under Gord and Leone's leadership. We were invited to other churches!! The Christmas Cantata was a lot of work but worth every minute... the church would be full to capacity! Gord is now free of pain and can rest. I treasure all the wonderful memories. I am so very sorry to hear of Gords passing.
I will always remember Gord as the best bus driver i ever had. He stopped at the end of the laneway and picked me up almost daily because i was always running late. Also a terrific baseball coach.
