Obituary of Barbara Wilson

At Braemar Nursing Home on Monday, March 22^nd, 2021, Barbara Wilson of Wingham, passed away peacefully at the age of 90.

Beloved wife of the late Murray Wilson who predeceased her on January 1st, 2020. Loving mother of Marie & Gary Morton, Sandra “Sam” & Robert McDowell and Leslie Wilson. Mother-in-law of David Smith and Ernie Bateman. Dear grandma of nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Sister and sister-in-law of Michael Bolan and John Stewart Wilson & Carol. Predeceased by her daughters Judith Wilson, Leah Bateman and Cynthia Wilson-Smith, granddaughter Dyan Wallace (December 15, 2019) and great-grandson Hudson, her parents Joseph & Eula Bolan, parents-in-law John & Alice Wilson and sister-in-law Dorothy Carrick.

Due to provinicial restrictions, a celebration of Barb's life will be held at later date when it is safer to gather with family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a local Women’s Shelter or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
