Obituary of Sharon Schippers

At Fordwich Village Nursing Home on Saturday, February 13, 2021, Sharon Schippers passed way at the age of 54.

Cherished sister and sister-in-law of Karen & Gerrit Rylaarsdam of Wingham and Fran Schippers of Strathroy. Dearly loved aunt of William Rylaarsdam. Sharon will be lovingly remembered by all of the staff and residents at Fordwich Village Nursing Home. She is predeceased by her parents Willem & Freda Schippers and her brother Peter Schippers.

Visitation will be held at Maitland River Community Church, Wingham on Tuesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Maitland River Community Church on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Pastor Henry Steenbergen. A live-stream of the funeral service will be available by visiting https://mrcc.ca/livestream/ at service time. Interment will take place at Meadowvale Cemetery, Brampton.

Anyone wishing to attend the visitation or funeral service, must RSVP via our website. Everyone attending must wear a mask and respect social distancing.
