Obituary of Vic Card

At Pinecrest Nursing Home, Lucknow on Saturday, November 23, 2019, Vic Card formerly of Belleville and Wingham, at the age of 88.

Vic joins his devoted wife Lois in Heaven, who predeceased him on November 15, 2019. Vic will be missed by his daughter Wendy and her husband Harley Gaunt of R.R. #5, Wingham and by daughters Vicki Card, Kathy Card-Dracz, and Dianne Card all of Welland as well as their children and grandchildren. Loving Poppy of Erin Gaunt of Wingham, Ashley & Matt Smith of Mitchell, Whitney & Rafael Buchli of Switzerland and Jayson Card & Laura of Newcastle. Cherished “Pop Card” of Landon, Wesley, Lucas, Lily, Tessa and Ivy. Vic will be lovingly remembered by his daughter-in-law Kim Card Parkes & her husband Brian Parkes and many extended family members.  Predeceased by his son John Watson Card, parents Clarence & Mary Card and brother Don Card.

Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham. Final resting place, Victoria Cemetery, Plainfield, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
