Obituary of Brenda McBurney
At Wingham & District Hospital with her family by her side, on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, Brenda McBurney of Wroxeter, at the age of 69.
Cherished wife of the late Brian McBurney who predeceased her in 2017. Loving mother of Jackie Sanders & Levi Cook and the late Shannon Holland (2012), and mother-in-law of Peter Holland. Special grandma of Connor, Kaden, Paige and Tayt. Dear daughter of Mary (neé Tervit) & the late Don Wallace. Sister of Donna & Morrie Baylor, Doug Wallace and Corey & Trevor Pocaluyko. Sister-in-law of Doug & Jackie McBurney and Jim & Marlene McBurney. Brenda will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her parents-in-law Jack & Olive McBurney.
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Saturday, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church on Sunday, June 23rd at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Wroxeter Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wroxeter Hall or a charity of choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
