Obituary of Hilke Stam

At Wingham & District Hospital on Tuesday, November 06, 2018, Mrs. Hilke Stam of Wingham and formerly of Kingston at the age of 91.

Beloved wife of the late Jan Stam who predeceased her in 2001. Loving mother of Reina & John Ernsting, Nelly & George Collins, Peter & Johanna Stam, Evelyn Siddall, Nico Stam & Linda LaBerge and Ron Stam. Cherished grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Predeceased by her parents Dick & Reina (Stubbe) Kiewiet, son Richard Stam and son-in-law Peter Siddall.

A private family graveside will take place at Cataraqui Cemetery, Kingston followed by a Celebration of Hilke’s Life at the First Christian Reformed Church, 310 Kingscourt Ave, Kingston, Ontario on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 at 12:30 pm with reception to follow.
