Obituary of Ronald John Theodore Zimmer

At Wingham & District Hospital on Wednesday, April 01, 2015, Ron Zimmer of Wingham, age 73 years. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (Armstrong) Zimmer (January 23rd). Cherished father of Pam and Alvin McLellan of Ethel, Kim and Gary McArter of Brussels and Rob and Michelle Zimmer of Onway, AB. Loving grandfather of Sarah, Missy, A.J., Trevor, Lacey, Kristen, Rylan and Chance. Also survived by his great-grandchildren. Brother of Don and Kate Zimmer and Brenda Wright. Brother-in-law of Robert Armstrong (Faye) and Edna Mae Armstrong. Predeceased by his parents Theodore and Eileen (Hamel) Zimmer and his brother-in-law Vern Wright. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd., Wingham, Ontario on Friday, from 3:00-5:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at McBurney Funeral Home Chapel. on Saturday at 1:00 pm. Reverend Jeff Hawkins officiating. Memorial donations to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 180, Wingham or Pet Rescue, Lucknow, ON would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
