Obituary of John Clayton Jenkins

At Huronlea, Brussels on Friday, August 26, 2011, Mr. Jack Jenkins of R R # 4, Wingham, age 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Laura Bennett, who predeceased him in 2002. Dear father of John Jenkins of Toronto and James and Yvonne Jenkins of R.R. # 4, Wingham. Predeceased by his son Kenneth (1970), his parents Edward and Ellen (Isbister) Jenkins, his sister Edna Campbell (1989) and his brother Murray (1996). Jack was a veteran of WWII and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 102, Walkerton, for 55 years. Memorial Services will be held at McBurney Funeral Home Chapel, Wingham on Thursday, September 1st, 2011 at 1:30 pm. Rev. Dr. Karen MacRae officiating. Final resting place, Walkerton Cemetery. Memorial donations to Charity of Choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
