Obituary of Muriel Jean Hoggarth

At Wingham and District Hospital on Saturday, October 01, 2011, Muriel Hoggarth, of Lucknow and formerly Wingham, age 90 years. The former Muriel Erb, beloved wife of the late William Hoggarth who predeceased her in 1985. Dear mother of Maureen & Eric Hopf of R. R. # 3, Wingham and Hugh & Sally Hoggarth of Tavistock. Loving grandmother of Kevin Hopf & friend Tiffany Brown, Jenni Hopf & Aaron Coultes, Trevor Hopf, her step grandchildren, John & Jessica Hodkinson, Christopher & Julie Hodkinson and Ted & Julie Hodkinson. Also survived by her eight step great-grandchildren. Sister of Kay Berry of Woodstock and Harold & Margaret Erb of Stratford. Predeceased by her parents Edwin and Ella (Fuller) Erb, sisters Audrey & Dr. John Stewart, Bessie & Doug Blair and brother-in-law Ernest Berry. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Ontario on Friday, October 7th, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at W. G Young Funeral Home, Stratford, Ontario on Saturday, October 8th, 2011 at 2:00 pm with one hour of visitation prior to service. Final resting place, Rostock Cemetery, Rostock, Ontario. Memorial donations to Food Grains Bank, Jessie's Journey or a charity of choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
