At Wingham & District Hospital on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, Dorothy Howes of Wingham, age 94 years. Beloved wife of the late John Howes who predeceased her in 1990. Dear mother of Jeanne and John Bannerman of Caledon East. Grandmother of Jeffrey Bannerman of Caledon East and Jason and Lisa Bannerman of Richmond Hill. Great-grandmother of Ainsley, Luke, Ryan and Tyler Bannerman. Sister-in-law of Emma Deyell of Wingham, Gilberta and James Coombs of Stittsville and Ian and Ruth Howes of Nepean. Lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents George and May (Norman) Deyell, sister Jean (Harold) Pocock, brothers Earl and Norman Deyell and sister-in-law Alice (Russell) Deachman. Visitation at McBurney Funeral Home Ltd., Wingham, Ontario on Monday, from 10:00 am. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am. Reverend Bernard Skelding officiating. Interment in Wingham Cemetery, Wingham, Ontario.
